Changing a Creative's Frequency Cap in Tap

Task: Change a creative's frequency cap.
Frequency caps are time restrictions applied to campaigns, advertisers, ads, industries, and sometimes ad creative. Campaign and ad frequency caps can be changed within the proposal, order, or campaign you are working on, but a creative's frequency cap must be changed in the associated advertiser's creative library.
To change a creative's frequency cap:
- Go to the advertiser's creative library (Advertisers > View all Advertisers > search or browse for the advertiser, select it, then go to the advertiser's creative library).
- In the creative library, locate and select the creative.
- In the Edit Creative section, change the frequency cap.
- Click Save.
