Our goal is to provide fast, effective customer support. You can help us achieve this by using the appropriate channel when you need assistance.
"Routine support" means all inquiries that do not involve urgent operational or service issues. Use routine support to:
- Request statistical reports.
- Make inquiries about product use, best practices, “how-tos,” minor troubleshooting, etc.
- Request a password reset or recover a lost username.
Use the Triton Digital Support Center as your starting point for routine support. It includes self-help knowledge base articles, training videos, links to user guides, and developer tool documentation. It is always available at http://support.tritondigital.com
If you need to dig a little deeper for routine support, use the contact information in the Triton Digital Support Center (bottom of every page) to submit a ticket or to contact one of our agents by telephone. Global active support hours are Sunday 10PM ET until Friday 10PM ET (UTC-5).
We offer one-to-one emergency telephone support on a 24/7 basis to customers who have a support agreement with us. Use emergency support in the event of a service-affecting failure or a system malfunction. The emergency support phone number is:
