Task: Change your password

When you first signed up with Triton Digital, we sent you a password to allow you to get started with the Streaming Console. This article describes how to change that password.

Triton Digital uses "single sign-on" (SSO) technology across many of its services and applications, which makes it easier for you to move from one application to another, and requires you to remember only one password. This SSO scheme works with the Streaming Console, Tap, and Webcast Metrics. (AMP, Liquid Compass, and services accessed through the Ando Media dashboard have a separate password management setups.)

The easiest way to change your password for the Streaming Console, Tap, and Webcast Metrics, is to log into the Streaming Console and select Edit User from the User: (Your Name) menu. On the Edit User pane, enter a new password in the New Password field, and enter it again in the Confirm Password field. Then click Save. The next time you log in to any of these services, use that new password.

Note: You can also change your password in Tap, via the Edit Profile panel. That change also affects all other SSO logins.
